The population is ageing, which has many social and economic implications, one of them an increase in demand for institutional long-term care the elderly. Therefore, aim this paper to analyse change detect whether there are differences between twelve selected OECD countries period 2014-2019 regard values total factor productivity system aged 65 over these countries. Malmquist – DEA performance measure, under assumption variable returns scale (BCC model) by using input-oriented model, been used obtain patterns change. number workers beds residential facilities as input variables, while recipients output variable.
